What to Bring to Your Appointment
To ensure smooth processing, please bring:
- Two valid government-issued IDs
- One must be a photo ID
- I.e., Drivers license, passport, PR Card, Indigenous Status Card, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate
- One must be a photo ID
- Any supporting documents or reference letters, if applicable
- I.e., IRCC letter, Letter of Instruction,

Book your appointment
Secure your slot by calling us. Same day or next day slots can be arranged*.

Arrival and ID verification
Our technician will verify your identity using your two pieces of government-issued ID and match them to your application.

Fingerprint Capture
We’ll collect your fingerprints digitally (Live Scan) or using ink and roll, depending on your specific application requirements.

Submission
We securely transmit your digital prints to the RCMP or applicable government agency. Ink and roll fingerprints are completed and handed to you for direct mailing.

Confirmation & Receipt
You’ll receive a receipt for your records.
Appointments typically take 15-20 minutes.

Vulnerable Sector (VS) Fingerprinting
We can assist with VS fingerprinting only if you have been referred by your local Police Service. You must bring an official Letter of Instruction to your appointment.
*We cannot initiate VS checks or accept walk-ins for this service without police documentation.

We offer Group Fingerprinting Discounted Rates for Groups of 4 or more for Individuals and corporate companies. If you are looking for completing Background checks for RCMP Criminal Record check in Canada or for International Criminal background check for overseas countries.

Walk-Ins Fingerprinting
We welcome Walk-Ins fingerprinting clients to meet your needs for either RCMP Background check or International Criminal Background check completed by one of expert Fingerprinting Technicians.
However, we do request to call ahead and check for availability and book an appointment if possible to provide you with quick, efficient, hassle-free service and prompt service.
If you are unable to book appointment, you are welcome to drop byon walk-in basis only between the hours of 11am-4pm from Monday to Friday and we will try and accommodate you on first come first serve basis with priority given to booked appointment clients.
